Reference Master is a moodboard app for artists and designers, developed by Nathan Dickson (“we”, “us”).
Reference Master does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you create in the app stays on your device.
All boards, images, videos, notes, and drawings you add to the app are stored locally on your device, in the app’s private storage area. We have no servers and no access to your content.
Your data may be included in your device’s standard backup service (such as Google’s device backup) according to your device settings. Those backups are managed by your device vendor, not by us.
Reference Master does not connect to the internet. It has no network permission and makes no network requests of its own. If you attach a source link to an item and tap it, the link opens in your device’s browser — that’s your browser making a request, not the app.
If you choose to send feedback, the app opens your email application with a pre-filled message. You decide what to send, including any optional screenshots or a diagnostic log. That log can include your device model, OS version, app version, and technical error details (which may include file names) — it does not include your images or board content. Nothing is sent automatically; sending feedback is always something you choose to do.
The app never requests access to your photo library, and does not request internet access. Adding images and videos to a board uses your device’s built-in photo/file picker, which runs outside the app and only hands back the specific files you select — Reference Master never sees your library beyond that.
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.
